1. Log into the Sway Portal
2. Search and click on the profile you need to make an Event for
3. From the main profile page, click on the “Events” Tab
4. Click on the Blue “Create Event” box
5. Enter the information that's needed in the fields provided about the Event
6. Click "Create Event
7. Your new Event will be successfully created and listed for that profile
*If the post-injury test has already been administered and an Event needs to be created:
1. Log into the Sway App
2. Search for the profile you need to make an Event for
3. Select “Actions” in the top right-hand corner
4. Select “Create Event”
5. Enter the details in the fields for the reasoning of creating an Event
6. Click "Save"
*If the no post-injury test has been administered and an Event needs to be created:
1. Log into the Sway App
2. Search for the profile you need to make an Event for
3. Click on “Take Test”
4. Fill in the field for the post-injury test you are administering
5. At the very bottom select “Create Event”
6. Enter the details in the fields for the reasoning of creating an Event. Once that is complete click “Save”
7. Confirm the test details of the test you are administering are correct then click “Continue”
8. Proceed to take the post-injury test, which will initiate the creation of the Event
