If the athlete/ patient profile already exists follow the steps below: (Note: If the athlete/patient profile does not exist, please manually create the profile first)
1. Log into the Sway App
2. Search for the profile you need to administer a test for
3. Click on “Take Test”

4. Select and choose the fields for the test you are administering
5. Confirm the test details of the test you are administering is correct then click “Continue”

This article is to administer a test as a System Admin or User of a Sway organization. If you need to complete a test as a student or patient, please reach out to your organization asking for you to complete the test to be provided with the proper information.
