Admin Capabilities
This feature is available on the ✅ Web Portal and the ✅ Mobile Application.

This tool can only be viewed by System Admin of the Sway Organization.
1. Log into the Sway web portal and click "Tools" tab on the right-hand side.
2. Click the "Get Report" button.
3. Review Report. Any profiles with at least 2 matching fields of the following will show: First Name, Last Name, and DOB. Note that all paired profiles listed may not be duplicates (i.e. twins with same last name and DOB!)
4. Click the "Merge" button when you identify a duplicate you would like to merge into a single profile.
5. Review the details of the suggested profile merge. If you would like to flip the profile you would like to keep and profile to lose, click the "flip-flop" button.
6. Click "Confirm" to complete the profile merge.
