Follow the steps below to set up your free Sway EMR integration:
1. Head over to the Sway Medical’s Integrations page and click the Request Integration button
2. Complete the Integration Request form as prompted - choose ATS then click SUBMIT
3. A member from the Sway Customer Experience Team will reach out via email to send terms and conditions via Adobe for your organization to sign
---These terms and conditions are to ensure that you and your organization are agreeing to send Sway health data to ATS
4. Once you have returned the signed copy of the terms via Adobe, Sway will be notified from Adobe.
5. Once we have your signed terms, you will receive an email from Sway Medical stating that your API key has been enabled
6. From there you need to log into the web portal - click ORGANIZATION tab
7. Choose EXTERNAL INTEGRATIONS
8. Choose CREATE - click ATS
What to Expect:
Every night there is an ATS <> Sway sync where all of your Sway tests will be pulled over to your ATS system.
If there is a mismatch in names or DOB between the systems you will get an email notification Sway that the PDF was not sent over.
--- if this occurs, you will need to download the PDF report to your computer and upload it manually to ATS. You can also request a PDF through the ATS platform!
