* You must be a System Admin of the Enterprise to use this tool.
1. Log into the Sway Portal under your Enterprise Dashboard
2. Click on "Tools" under the Main Menu
3. Locate the Profile ID (under the name of the Athlete/Patient)
4. Enter Profile ID to transfer and the appropriate new organization from the drop-down menu
5. Click "Transfer Profile'
