1. Log into the Sway app
2. Search and click on the profile
3. Click on the test that you need to add or remove from the baseline
4. Click on the "Actions" tab located in the top right-hand corner
5. Click on the "Remove from Baseline” option
Once it is removed from the baseline, it is automatically labeled as a post-injury test.
