Profile overages occur when you exceed your pre-purchased profile count. I.e. if you purchase 300 for the year, and end up using 345, you will be billed an overage of 45 profiles.
Overage profiles are priced at the same rate as your pre-purchased profiles, and a separate invoice will be sent out.
To mitigate overage invoices, be sure to keep an eye on your profile usage for the year, merge duplicate profiles as you come across them, and keep your subscription up to date with your most accurate roster counts by reaching out to billing@swaymedical.com for adjustments.
