How To Locate Profile Usage

This feature is available on the ✅ Mobile App only and is not available on the ❌ Web Portal.

Profile usage refers to the amount of unique profiles tested out of the total profiles purchased upfront for the current subscription term.

If you are a Billing Contact or Primary Admin, you can check your profile usage at any time in the Sway Portal. Unique profiles tested, after your renewal date, will be pulled from the bank of pre-purchased profiles. Historic accounts (that have not been tested this term) will not count toward your profile usage.

Portal

1. Log into the Sway Portal
2. Click on the “Billing” tab on the left-hand side

3. Locate and click on the "Billing Overview"

Important Note:

If you do not have the Billing option in portal, that is because you are not a current Billing Contact or Primary Admin. Please reach out to billing@swaymedical.com in order to get access or with any other questions regarding your Profile Usage.
